Permanent Bracelet + Charm Bar Private Party Reservation
You can now book a reservation for groups of 5-10 at our Austin and Dallas locations to have a designated space at the bar and an expert stylist ready when you arrive! Your group's personal stylist will assist you to make custom sized chains and add unique charms that reflect your personality.
💛 Reservations are reserved for groups of 5+, smaller groups are welcome to walk-in for an appointment during our regular bracelet bar hours at our Austin and Dallas locations.
💗 A $20/person deposit is required to hold a reservation and confirm a private appointment. Chains and charms will be billed separately at time of service but your deposit will be deducted from your purchase total. These deposits are non-refundable regardless of whether or not someone from your party cannot attend for any reason.
We do not do welded anklets or necklaces for safety and sanitary reasons.
Return Policy
We offer free 30-day returns for all customers in the US in the form of store credit. For returns outside of the US, you are responsible for return shipping costs. All eligible returns will be credited back in the form of store credit. Eligible items for return must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage. Original shipping fees, worn or damaged merchandise, and gift cards are non-refundable. Permanent bracelets, charms, customized products, and items from the Women's Makers Walls are final sale.

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
