Snake Skin Hoops
In Aztec times Quetzalcóatl was a creator god, associated with the planet Venus. Quetzalcoatl was also the patron god of arts and knowledge, the inventor of the calendar and of books, and the protector of goldsmiths and other craftsmen. He was depiected as half bird, half snake covered in both scales and feathers.
These hoops are super big and have the snake skin scale pattern around the whole earring. They are solid so they are some of our heavier earrings, but these are shipped with supportive backs included.
