Thank you so much for your support! The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy Shipment

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Nina Berenato Jewelry is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Nina Berenato Jewelry is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping, however if you have chosen an insured shipping option we will do our best to help you file a claim. We can only help with claims on damaged or lost items when you have chosen an "insured" shipping option. If you received your order damaged, we will contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and contact us before filing a claim. 

Return Policy

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:

EXCHANGE, DEFECTIVE, ADJUSTMENT POLICY

Return Policy: 

We offer free 30-day returns for all customers in the US in the form of store credit. For returns outside of the US, you are responsible for return shipping costs. All eligible returns will be credited back in the form of store credit. Eligible items for return must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage. Original shipping fees, worn or damaged merchandise, and gift cards are non-refundable. Permanent bracelets, charms, customized products, and items from the Women's Makers Walls are final sale.

For purchases made online, you can return both online and in-store. For a free return label, please email returns@ninaberenato.com

For purchases made in store, you can return in-store. If you are unable to visit a local store, please email hello@ninaberenato.com

Defective Policy:

Defective items can be exchanged within 30 days. This includes any plating issues, broken chain, lobster claws, and/or missing backings for earrings.

Lost Package Policy:

We are not liable for any products lost during shipping, however if you have chosen an insurance shipping option, we will do our best to help you file a claim. Click here to learn more on how to file a claim with USPS.

PERMANENT BRACELET & CHARM POLICY

We offer one free repair or adjustment with each permanent bracelet. Any additional repair or adjustment needed will be a $5 charge. The free repair must use the existing chain.
